Winnie Wang is a Toronto-based writer, film programmer and arts administrator.
Their writing and research interests include gender, performance, embodiment and food culture in film and literature. In 2022, they were selected for the Getting Real Fellowship by the International Documentary Association.
In their spare time, Winnie curates films for Insomniac Film Festival, an annual festival that aims to celebrate DIY and low-budget works of emerging filmmakers, and enjoys cooking homemade pasta.
